On my way...

Just checking in for the week. Curves is going beautifully. Really, this is exactly what I needed. In case you didn't know...Curves is so much more than a workout. They measure you, weigh you and motivate you. They have this really cool thing called Curves Smart...it's a computer chip that tells me when I need to workout harder, how many calories I burned and where my weak and strong parts are. Truly inspiring!

I began keeping a food journal today, too. I mean we both know that a food journal is truly necessary for weight loss. It keeps us accountable. After I buy a new memory card for my camera I am gonna start posting my food again, too. That always helps me.

I am moving forward and feeling like this is my summer to reach my goal!!:)

  2. There are also other abdominal exercises that provide high boosting intensity workouts which will really induce acceleration of fat burning, especially tummy fats, that can be sustained continuously anytime.

  4. ohhhhh - ahhhh - new background page - loving it! And so happy to hear the update on Curves. Like I said before, I love Curves, wishing I had a more flexible schedule to do it. My summer goal - hit the 50 pounds gone mark by the end of my summer - it would be so liberating!!

  6. So glad to see everything is going well! Kudos on the food diary. It REALLY helps. I agree! :) I like the idea of that curve smart chip. I want one of those! :)

  7. Hope everything is going well in the health department. I've been running (almost finished the Couch to 5K program), but I'm still having trouble with weightloss. I know I've been building muscle, but I also need to join you with a food journal. I need to get serious :-)

  9. Hi, nice to meet you! Thanks for introducing yourself when you visited over at my blog. I visited yours and I am smiling because we actually have a lot in common! Rght now, I am working on being a healthier, more fit, thinner version of myself. My daughter is getting married VERY VERY soon, and I wanted to lose a few pounds for that, too. I am eating better, and less. I am drinking more water, eating more veggies, more fish and chicken, and exercising again. I love to take walks. Happy to follow your blog, too!
