Just for Now

Just for now I have decided to love myself. I am dressing like I'm already at goal weight, smiling like I am already at goal weight and eating like I'm already at goal weight.

Just for now I am gonna be happy in my own skin.

  1. ha. This is GREAT. I really needed this today. I'm down quite a bit since we moved here, but it's like it's never enough. Why can't I stop and be thankful for what I've lost!? I might have to copy you today!! :)

  2. I totally love this, Leslie. Why shouldn't we treat ourselves well along the way to our happy weight? I really think it will help. It's kind of like fake it till you make it. I'm in this with you.

  3. I really don't get why you and others love KERF. She is elitist and downright snobby on her food choices many times, and most of all completely unrelatable in her exercise routine. She has hours each day apparently to exercise-- don't see the connection to your life!
