Wanted to share a yummy breakfast or snack idea with you I found on Weight Watchers and love so much...
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 cup oatmeal
1 apple chopped {I use Golden Delicious}
1 TBSP brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Mix everything in a big bowl and enjoy!
Points Value:4
This keeps me energized as well as satisfies my sweet tooth. So good:)
