Speaking of calories...I enjoyed a wonderful meal last night...too many points I 'm sure plus there was cheesecake. What was different about this meal though was how I ate it. I savored every bite. I put down my fork between bites and I didn't finish my plate. It was a food breakthrough...
Oh and I don't feel guilty...

Do you indulge a bit on the weekends? How do you feel when you do?
Kudos to you for no guilt:) And cleaning... now I feel guilty:(
ReplyDeleteYeah, for not feeling guilty. That's a big problem of mine and then it throws me off "the program" and then I get down and so on and so on, when it could have just been a cookie or a piece of cheesecake.
ReplyDeleteIt is so awesome to be able to enjoy a nice meal and feel “normal” and okay with it! Cheers to that! Have fun with the cleaning. Listening to some good music in the background always makes organizing so much easier! :)

Mindful eating is SO important! I'm glad you were able to eat that way last night. It's tough with kids to eat mindfully but you did it!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day off from cyberland!
